Dark days are often too scary, aren’t they? I’m sure we all go through this phase in life where everything is falling apart, there are confusions, doubts and our hearts feel too heavy...ahh I know, tough days right? Well, I have learnt some good lessons during this pandemic and I would love to share them with you. So previously, before I was saved, my life was always filled with problems. Imagine someone being beaten up with small breaks to breathe bearing all the pain. That’s how my life was, problems after problems with no breathing space and NO PEACE. Wondering why I highlighted Peace? Isn't that what we all want at the end of the day when we close our eyes and go to bed? Be it a wealthiest person in the world or the poor man on the road with no roof on top of his head, all of us irrespective of religion, wealth, beliefs., etc we’re all in need of Peace. I’m sure it is hard to disagree with, because Peace is our ultimate need. I wouldn't say after accepting Christ there will be no problems and that life will be really good, the real battle is only after we accept God. But we can be rest assured that God will give us immense Peace because He is the Prince of Peace!
Every promise that comes from Him is ours to claim, when His plans are executed He will make ways and there will be no questions or confusions. Even when challenges are ahead of us God will guide us and give us the wisdom to overcome them.
He will be our Light in darkness and our source of Strength!
Do not rejoice over me, O my enemy; when I fall, I shall rise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord will be a light to me.
Micah 7:8 NRSV
I’m sure you would like to say a small word of prayer with me,
Lord, we Thank you for the cross and all the love you give, though we don’t deserve them. Today, we ask you to give us a heart to be focused on you and we pray that you’d be the Prince of Peace in our lives. We trust you and we love you Lord.
It is so by Faith, and by Faith so it is. AMEN❤
