MERRY CHRISTMAS - Let His Light Shine

For a child has been born for us, a son given to us; authority rests upon his shoulders; and he is named Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Isaiah 9:6 NRSV


This year has been one of the hardest for many people around the world. The pandemic has taken lives and has forced many challenges into our lives. Some people have lost everything while some can barely make their ends meet. However, it is solely by God's grace, we are blessed to be able to celebrate this day in our lives. The birth of Christ has brought salvation and hope to every sinner in this world. Likewise, allow this Christmas to bring joy and light into our lives.

No weapon that is fashioned against you shall prosper, and you shall confute every tongue that rises against you in judgement.

Isaiah 54:17 NRSV

This is the promise we receive today. The grace of God has carried us this far in life and will continue to do so. Hence, we must have the confidence to praise God in our uncertainty and not forget to thank Him amid our hardships. Lay down every fear and burden and remember that our God is good. Therefore, let's share our joy and hope this Christmas and speak life and claim God's promises over our lives.


Prayer For Joy

God, we thank you for your grace in our lives and for being our anchor in this storm. We ask that you transform our hearts to experience your blessings in our lives. Help us to stand strong in faith and hold on to your promises. As we sing praises and worship you, let your joy and peace enter our lives.

It is so by Faith and by Faith so it is. AMEN❣
