Storm Only Lasts For A While

I have said this to you, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you face persecution. But take courage; I have conquered the world!”

Storms in life are inevitable!

Jesus has already warned us that we will have troubles in this life. Sometimes everything we do turns into a failure and we might feel completely drained out. I’m a very enthusiastic person and for me to be still in life is too difficult. I remember this one time in life where I had to sit at home for almost nine months doing nothing, while all my friends were going to college. Nine months was no joke, I was waiting to for my student visa to pursue medical degree abroad. After this season of waiting I thought life was going to be amazing and blessed, little did I know that it was the very beginning of God teaching me life lessons. All those months I waited, were complete waste when I had lost interest in going abroad to do a medical degree and told my parents the same. But you know what! God does not make mistakes and He knows our deepest desires. Long story short, I got a seat in one of the reputed colleges with a triple major degree, well not science but arts! All of them at home were quite upset because they had big dreams for me. But I had so much peace as I knew God was leading me in the right way. I'm in my final year right now and God has been so good to me all these years, my family is happy too, everybody is at peace and I’ve learned to trust God fully😌

No testing has overtaken you that is not common to everyone. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with the testing, he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it.

1 Corinthians 10:13 NRSV

I always remind myself that if we learn to trust God, all troubles that we come across in life, every stormy season is a blessing in disguise, a lesson. I repeat God does not make any mistakes when we fully trust Him. We can never overcome our battles with our own strength, we need God's help. As God has promised us, He will never put us to test beyond our strength, but whatever storm comes our way, God will give us the courage and strength to overcome them. No matter what season you're in, always remember to claim every promise that God has given you.

Today I encourage you to trust God in every season of your life.

God is Faithful and Loving to those who trust Him🙌

Lord, I invite you to come into my life and help me as I battle with life. Please give me the strength to face every stormy season and trust you fully. I love you and trust you with my whole heart.

It is so by Faith, and by Faith so it is. AMEN❤
