We all want to do good and have the best in life, but time and again we fail and face failures. We go in search of peace, joy, love, etc., into the world. Well and good, because as humans that is all we can think of to rely on. But, there's something Great that is available to all of us in the same world.
Our eyes have been blinded to The Word of God which could Give Life and Transform our Lives. It is easy to access, but we can't, we give excuses, we don't have time, we are too busy, we might even fall asleep reading it because the Enemy is working 24/7 against us.
Our laziness and our excuses are his strength and our weakness. Woah! It's stupefying how we as humans are so vulnerable to the works of the Enemy.
Indeed, the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing until it divides soul from spirit, joints from marrow; it is able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

I say this out loud again,
If you need Excellence, excel in God's Word.
It is through His Word, God would speak to us. We often complain that he does not talk back. But God does and He Loves to talk to His Children!
But for that, we need to read His Word and keenly listen to His still small voice.
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
