An Amazing Hope!

For God alone my soul waits in silence, for my hope is from him.

Psalms 62:5 NRSV

I’m sure we’ve all been through situations where it seems impossible to cross hurdles, at times we look at situations as huge mountains with no ray of hope. It could be as small as changing our sleeping pattern or making an important life decision. I remember those days when I struggled so hard to get out of my cozy bed and to get on my knees, I lost hope because I thought laziness defined me. But then it took me a while to decide the best and to get used to waking up early and to make it a habit to get on my knees every morning. There could be a similar situation in your life, it could be deciding something as important as a career, education, marriage, or even a habit that you want to change as I did! Though it seems like everything is piled up and there seems to be no way, God will give us the hope we need and will strengthen us by His love

His Ways are Indescribable and His Grace is Immeasurable!

We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.

Hebrews 6:19 NIV

In every situation, God is willing to stay beside us and lead us according to His plans, He is willing to be the anchor of our soul. This Hope that comes from God is unshakeable and it is secured by His unfailing Love Today, I urge you to not lose hope in any situation, be it life-threatening or soul-wrenching, for our hope comes from God and He is indeed a miracle worker and a promise keeper.

An invitation to pray a prayer with hope,

Lord, amidst all hurdles and failures that I face almost every day, I come into your presence with the small hope that I have in your word. I pray that as I press forward through these trying times, that you’d help me and guide me according to your will. You lead, I’ll follow.
